Fantastic place to stay in every regard! The rooms were spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. All the people that worked at the hotel were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Parking lot is great with plenty of spots that are wide enough to fit a full-size truck no problem. The location couldn't have been better, there are multiple places to eat and go walking around the lake within easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, the lady working the breakfast area was very helpful. We used the app to check in and check out of the room and that all worked flawless.

Front desk staff were exceptional, helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was good. If you are going to spend a lot of time in your room, the extra cost for the water view is worth it. The kitchenette was a nice touch. The freezer was big enough we got a box of ice from the machine and it lasted in the freezer the whole time we were there. TV had several streaming services to use if you have streaming accounts. Parking lot is more than adequate.

Absolutely lovely hotel in a very convenient location! Reason for 4 stars instead of 5: HORRIBLE BREAKFAST!!! Just awful. Hard flavorless bacon, chicken sausage patty (what the heck is that?), rubbery egg patty, just to point out the most obvious. Course, there was the usual toast, waffle machine, few other pastry items & couple fruit options. We were so disappointed cause I’d read raving reviews! But food aside, it was a beautiful place and very clean and quiet.

This is a very nice hotel, probably less than a year old at this posting. Our room was laid out in a nice format. The staff was very nice and helpful! We fully recommend this location for a stay.

This place was wonderful. The experience was incredible from booking on the phone, to the customer service on site and the location and the rooms. The hotel is fairly new. The view is excellent right on the water and you have several options for restaurants connected to their parking lot at City Harbor. You can fish off the bank behind the hotel. I’m sure there are boat rentals close by as well. We went to 2 beaches nearby that the family enjoyed. The view from the pool was beautiful. Everything was well maintained. Loved the fire pits and weight room. Breakfast was wonderful too. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

****BOAT PARKING**** This hotel is wonderful. We visited for the MLF Bass Pro Tour and everything was absolutely great. The rooms were nice. The staff is helpful. The room had a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, sink, plenty of storage, etc. But fellas, for my fishermen. They have gated boat parking (included with the room) and it has charging outlets!!! You literally have no excuse not to go fish Guntersville. I suggest to get this while it lasts. I'll be back for sure!

Beautiful location! The facility met the high standard I expected based on other sites in this chain. Notably, a sum of cash fell out of my wallet in my room as I was checking out, less than 30 minutes after I left the hotel staff reached out to notify me. That level of integrity in today's culture sealed this as my go to lodging anytime I'm in the area.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Our room was super clean and our kids loved the pool! The views of Lake Guntersville were spectacular and we loved the short walk over to City Harbor. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Josh was especially kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!
